Madi Moseley
While at UGA Law, Madi worked in the CEASE Clinic, which provides legal services to survivors of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and trafficking through representation in civil lawsuits and juvenile court proceedings. Madi was also a member of the Georgia Law Review and served on the editorial board as an online editor. Madi was honored to receive the CALI Awards for Highest Grade in Advanced Legal Writing and Law and Ethics of Lawyering.
After law school, Madi clerked for the Honorable M. Stephen Hyles, Magistrate Judge in the District Court for the Middle District of Georgia in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia. Madi then practiced at an Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta, focusing on complex litigation and business disputes before moving back home to Columbus and practicing at a boutique litigation firm. Madi joins Busby Negin to work alongside her husband, Brandon, and serve clients throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
Madi is a lifelong and devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. Outside of work, Madi enjoys spending time with her husband, a fellow UGA Law graduate, and their labrador, Ladd. Madi enjoys traveling, playing tennis, exploring new cities, and staying active in her community.
