Hillary Schaeffer is a trial attorney who specializes in commercial litigation, employment law and criminal law. During the fifteen years that she served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County (Brooklyn, New York) District Attorney’s Office, she conducted twenty-five trials. Hillary has also zealously advocated on behalf of her clients who she represented while in private practice.
Hillary earned her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1992 and her Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999. During law school, Hillary was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, ultimately serving on the Editorial Board.
Hillary resides in Sandy Springs with her husband and daughter. During her free time, she spends time with her family and also enjoys running.
Hillary is a third generation attorney and takes pride in the fact that her grandmother graduated from law school in 1929.
