Dawn Busby is a 1990 graduate of the Emory University School of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in 1986, majoring in history with a minor in film. She was admitted to practice in the States of Florida and Georgia in 1990. Since its inception in 2015, Dawn has assisted Busby | Negin with many of its clients’ matters.
Dawn’s practice primarily involves complex litigation. Many years prior to joining Busby | Negin she worked for several years with Chevron’s in house legal department. Prior to that, she served the honorable Judge John Sheb as a staff attorney for two years in Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland Florida.
On a personal note, Dawn grew up in a variety of states throughout the Southeast. She and Scott Busby have been married for 29 years. She is proud to have invested many years raising their three adult children.
