Brandon Moseley
After his first year of law school, Brandon served the Wilbanks Child Endangerment and Sexual Exploitation (CEASE) Clinic as a student intern for three semesters. The Wilbanks CEASE Clinic represents survivors of child sexual abuse and exploitation in civil litigation and juvenile court dependency matters. The clinic not only provides direct representation to survivors, but also serves as a teaching center as part of the University of Georgia School of Law. In this role, Brandon gained valuable litigation experience along with professional growth through his work with the clinic’s director, staff attorney, legal fellows, and team of student interns.
In his two summers after the first and second years of law school, Brandon worked as a clerk for the Carroll County Solicitor General and the Carrollton, Georgia law firm, Tisinger Vance, P.C. These experiences refined his legal writing and researching skills and furthered his understanding of Georgia practice and procedure. By working in both criminal and civil law through his experiential opportunities, Brandon developed a passion for litigation as it requires him to utilize the full range of his professional skills.
Brandon graduated from the University of Georgia with an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He is a proud Double Dawg who loves Athens, Georgia and supporting his school in all its competitive sports. During college, Brandon worked as a server at a local Athens burger restaurant. In the year between undergrad and law school, Brandon taught seventh grade language arts at a middle school in his hometown of Jesup, Georgia. Brandon’s passions include golf, music, the Atlanta Braves, NFL football, reading, and exploring new places and cuisines.
