Braden Pressman
During law school, Braden gained extensive appellate experience as a clerk at Stevens & Sullivan, where he managed cases and drafted briefs presented to the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Working closely with clients, he guided them through the legal process, ensuring they received the support and representation they needed. His commitment to client advocacy continued in his role as a student attorney at the Georgia State Law Immigration Clinic, where he worked directly with low-income non-citizens seeking asylum, supporting their refugee claims and navigating the complexities of immigration law. Braden also contributed to legal teams at Carlton Law and Carroll & Weiss, developing a deep understanding of the legal landscape through document preparation, legal research, and trial preparation. His blend of client service and practical legal experience makes him a valuable asset to the team.
Braden graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in International Affairs. He has a wide range of interests, including being an avid soccer, basketball, and tennis player, as well as a lover of strategy games such as chess and poker. In addition, he actively supports the Atlanta Falcons, Braves and Hawks as well as the Georgia Bulldogs and The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
