Christopher R. Stovall

Chris Stovall has practiced law for more than 20 years with several respected firms in Atlanta, Georgia, and Phoenix, Arizona, plus several years with a national public interest law firm. Chris has broad experience in litigation and other dispute resolution in matters involving general liability defense, business, corporate, and contract disputes, restrictive covenant and trade secret issues, and construction and real estate matters. He also has experience in forming business and nonprofit entities, drafting their governing documents, reviewing contractual matters for them, and providing other general legal counsel to such organizations.

Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, and is thankful she is as big a Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons fan as he is. They have three kids and one granddog. Chris enjoys co-teaching his Sunday School class for married couples at his church, First Baptist Cumming. As both an adoptee and an adoptive parent, Chris is proud to serve his local community’s free pregnancy resource center Cumming Women’s Center as a member of its Board of Directors.
